Objective and our use of your data
Our trial at Seashore is focused on providing guests with a digital identification on the My Haven app, helping us ensure a safe and well-managed experience for everyone on park.
Guests will have the opportunity to use their Digital Pass at tills, and we’re aiming to learn how we can make future experiences even more convenient, such as enabling access to offers and promotions that are simple to redeem digitally.
This trial will also allow us to explore a smoother, more secure access to our show bars and venues.
All The insights we gain will guide us as we develop improved digital features for 2026.
Scope:
We will only be conducting this trial at our Seashore site, and we are only conducting it between 28 November 2025 and 2 January 2026.
