By agreeing to all points set out below, you are agreeing that you have fully read and understood the terms and conditions listed for all activities you are participating in while on park
You take full responsibility for all guests on your booking participating in the activity, and you confirm you understand and will adhere to any restrictions or requirements for your chosen activity.
When participating in an activity on park, you agree that you, and any participants in the activity will follow any and all instructions given by the activity instructor, and that you, and any participants in the activity will follow all safety briefings and signage provided by the activity team on park.
This disclaimer is valid for bookings made before your arrival on park, and for bookings made on arrival. This disclaimer will be valid for the duration of your break
Everyone participating in the activity should be made aware of these terms and conditions prior to participation.
I understand that:
The possibility of injury to participants exists on all activities, participants are responsible for their own/their child’s safety at all times.
If a participant is pregnant, they are advised not to take part or to assist anyone on the activities, and it is at their own risk if they choose not to inform anyone.
Obeying instructions from the trained team members is paramount for all activities and safety briefs that are given for each activity must be adhered to.
If participants/their child or someone else require assistance, they will ensure they/their child stay where they are until a team member assists and listen to all safety advice given.
For some activities a responsible adult is required to assist children - participants can assist up to two children at a time.
Activities take place in all weather, in open areas with uneven, slippery ground surfaces, props and mud which can be hazardous.
It is the participants responsibility to familiarise themselves/their child with the hazards, and try to minimise these as much as possible, by complying with the guidance and instructions given by the team member leading the activity.
Due to health and safety there may be age, height and weight restrictions that apply for each individual activity and participants must ensure prior to taking part that they/their child meets the restrictions outlined.
The possibility of allergic reaction to participants and/or their children exists, and I will ensure that I request any allergen information where applicable.
I confirm and agree that:
I am fully aware of the risks to participants whilst taking part in the activities, and they will never under any circumstances deliberately misbehave during an activity.
I will ensure that participants/their children wear all of the relevant safety equipment that is provided, at all times whilst taking part in an activity.
I will ensure that participants/their child complies with the rules and regulations and uses the equipment as instructed.
I will ensure that participants/their child wears appropriate clothing and footwear and will remove all jewellery prior to participating in an activity if required to do so.
I am over 18 and have permission to agree these terms on behalf of all participants. If I am not the parent or guardian of the participant, then I have the authority from the child’s parent or guardian to agree these terms and consent to emergency medical treatment being given if deemed necessary during an activity. If the participant is over 18, I have their permission to agree these terms on their behalf and consent to emergency medical treatment being given if deemed necessary during an activity.
