Finance
Is buying a holiday home a good investment?
Buying a holiday home is really a lifestyle choice. However, because resale values will reduce over time, buying a holiday home should not be seen as an investment for the purposes of yielding an income.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes – a minimum of 10% of the value of the holiday home.
Is finance available?
That's a definite yes. We're here to help in any way we can – that includes a range of payment options (which are subject to status).
