Three things to do on a weekend in Lincolnshire
1. A day at the beach
You’ll be spoilt for choice when you’re ready to feel the sand between your toes. Skegness beach, Mablethorpe beach and the Fitties beach at Cleethorpes are all in great proximity to our Lincolnshire parks. Also worth a visit: South Bracing and Anderby Creek beaches.
2. Explore the Lincolnshire Wolds
The Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is full of rolling hills and hidden valleys to explore. So pack your walking boots, and your purse – several bustling market towns also call the Wolds home.
3. Day trip to Louth
This pretty Georgian town has plenty of independent shops and market stalls to browse and cafes to relax in and is a short trip from our Lincolnshire parks. Combine your visit with a trip to nearby Hubbard’s Hills, a chalk valley within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
