Our water parks are quite simply the centrepiece of our parks. They’re one of the best places to make those all-important memories that last a lifetime.
Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer that loves their front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, or just fancy a splash about with your friends and family, our swimming pools cater for all. Slides, flumes and even lazy rivers are part of the Haven aqua experience. Both indoor and outdoor pools are in our park’s lockers, and we feature both types in this quintessential list featuring some of the UK’s best water parks. 1. Seashore, Great Yarmouth
In a great position at the heart of the Norfolk seaside, Seashore attracts visitors from far and wide. The superior surroundings of the park are matches by the facilities at the heart of it, with The Shore Water Park a constant catch with guests. You’ll absolutely love the variety of aqua-filled fun on offer here, with everything from a simple splash to a serious swim covered in one magnificently exciting indoor arena. There’s greatness for every generation here, with two flumes and multi-lane water slide providing that all-important adrenaline rush. Little ones will love the smaller pool, ideal for a play with mummy or daddy.
Coastal Cyclone and Tidal Twist stand proud over the all the water. These 11 metre flumes are the latest addition to the endless options and are the UK’s FIRST double constrictor slides. If you fancy doing a few lengths, there’s a separate lane. The activity pool is the icing on the cake, doubling up as a practice area for our kayaking sessions.
2. Craig Tara, Scotland
Craig Tara hosts a wonderful world of water on the west coast of Scotland. The stunning indoor Splashaway Bay has something for every generation and is also accessible to those with reduced mobility. Formed by an array of aqua areas, the multi-level complex is home to a massive multi-lane water slide that’ll leave you wanting another go every time you ride down it. Flumes join the action at the pool, and a tipping water bucket is the pick of several wonderful water features dotted around the place.
The lazy river adds a relaxing element to this haven of fun, and there’s ample space for having a swimming workout regardless of which stroke you choose. All in all, this is one of Scotland’s best water parks, and a great reason to head to our Craig Tara coastal caravan park.
3. Hafan Y Môr, North Wales
Hafan Y Môr is home to our second Splashaway Bay on the picturesque Welsh coast, just a stone’s throw from Snowdonia and the lovely Ceredigion Bay. Another one of the UK’s best water parks, it’s an aqua paradise with endless options to keep all members of the family entertained. You’ll be spoilt for choice, with a multi-lane water slide and flumes providing that all-important adrenaline rush.
There’s also a wave machine, several stunning water features and a lane pool to get some lengths under your belt. Little ones will love the tots pool and slide, a great place for a first foray into the swimming pool. This Welsh wonder guarantees a great time.
4. Seton Sands, Scotland
The second Scottish park to feature, Seton Sands is on the country’s east coast overlooking the magnificent Firth of Forth, the North Sea gateway to the capital city of Edinburgh. The stunning swimming pool draws guests from far and wide, with this modern complex home to two rapid racing slides that’ll leave you loving life.
The main swimming area is joined by a paddling pool, perfect for bringing the little ones to for a dip. Several smashing water features top off this fun-filled space where lifetime memories are made. The place is great all year round, with heated features keeping you warm no matter what the weather is saying outside.
5. Primrose Valley, North Yorkshire
Spot the fun and fishy artwork at Primrose Valley’s stellar swimming pool. One of Yorkshire’s premier water parks, it’s the showpiece of Primrose and a constant favourite amongst guests. A generous space for all generations, there’s an adventure for everyone here. The heated indoor pool is joined by a three-lane water slide that serves up fun throughout the day.
There’s also a great outdoor space for making the most of the warm weather, and we’ve added some extra heat to this to welcome you when things are touch and go temperature-wise!
6. Our Lazy Rivers
Eight of our Haven pools also feature lovely lazy rivers - perfect for a relaxed meander down on a rubber ring, or a bit of splashing fun with your friends and family.
Each lazy river is unique: some feature thrilling shower jets, some have ideal bathing areas to bask in the sunshine, others have bridge features and views of the flumes. Free 2024 site fees when you buy a Haven holiday home

A credit equivalent to the value of your site fees due during the 2024 season will be applied to your account balance on completion of your purchase for use against your running costs e.g. utilities, after-sale add-ons e.g storage boxes or site fees. Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.
An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.
