No matter how much we love our kids, holidays with teenagers can be trying at times and finding the right holiday to suit everyone’s needs can feel overwhelming. Fortunately for you, at Haven we have a number of parks that are sure to tick all the boxes.
There’s no need to sacrifice beauty spots for activities as our parks have both. While all our parks are suitable for children, the list below is curated to show you the best caravan parks to take your teens and gives you a taste of some of the activities on offer.
Kent Coast
Kent is a beautiful county with plenty of things to see and do but if your teens need something more than country walks and oast houses then fear not: Kent Coast Holiday Park has plenty to keep them entertained. To go alongside the all-weather sports court, crazy golf and Archery coaching, Kent Coast has recently acquired the facilities for fashionable Footgolf and classic laser tag.
Hafan y Môr
One of the biggest Haven parks, Hafan y Môr in North Wales has plenty to keep the teens engaged. From Adventure Golf to the climbing wall, kart hire and Segways, plus a mega indoor pool with flumes and a Lazy River, we’ve got all angles covered. The Dragon’s Lake Adventure Village with Aerial Adventure at Hafan y Môr is a particular highlight as the course and zip wire run over the lake.
Craig Tara
This is perhaps our best holiday park for teens as the activities available on the Scottish coast are simply endless. Those with the stomach for heights will thrive with the Aerial Adventure, The Jump, The Drop and Extreme Drop, Crazy Climber and climbing wall, all waiting to test their nerves. We also have the new footgolf available as well as a roller disco under the lights.
Golden Sands
Golden Sands Holiday Park in Lincolnshire has miles of beautiful beaches but if this isn’t exhilarating enough for your teens, there are other fantastic things to do. Aerial Adventure, The Jump and climbing wall are perfect for those who like the thrill of heights while crazy golf, target shooting, and fishing are a good compromise for those who like to keep their feet firmly on the ground.
Lakeland
Lakeland Leisure Park is situated near the majestic scenery of the Lake District. True to its name, Lakeland promises much in the way of water sports with kayaking, Canadian canoe hire, pedalo hire or paddle board hire all available as well as coaching for the kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. With so many water-based activities available, your teens won’t want to leave the lake!
Presthaven
Presthaven in North Wales is crammed with fun, thrills, and fresh air to keep your teens content. Our heated indoor pool and outdoor Lazy River will be a hit with kids of any age while the more daring can tackle our Aerial Adventure assault course, bounce around on our bungee trampolines or have a go on the climbing wall.
Primrose Valley
Primrose Valley Holiday Park in North Yorkshire is one of our biggest parks and every inch of it is brimming with fun. From crazy golf to tennis and laser quest to kart and Segway hire, there’s a great variety on offer for teens. The indoor swimming pool is also packed with fun features including a multi-lane water slide that make it one of the best holiday parks for teens.
Haggerston Castle
There really is a castle at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, but if that’s not enough to impress your teens then the variety of activities on offer might. There are plenty of lakes to pedal around, Pottery Creations, Target Shooting, The Jump and kart hire. Alnwick Castle can also be found just down the road doing its best Hogwarts impression, it is host to Harry Potter-inspired events, ‘dragon quest’ and has an exciting history ready to be discovered.
Perran Sands
Perran Sands Holiday Park mainly draws families due to its scenic position, perched above the sea in tranquil Cornwall. However, teens are drawn by the chance to ride the waves. There's a beach perfect for surfing at Perran Sands as well as plenty of other water-based activities that take place on the beautiful sandy shores.
Riviere Sands
Perched high on the cliffs overlooking the beautiful white sands of St Ives Bay, Riviere Sands certainly has all you need in the way of scenery. Yet it also has activities a plenty for teens, from bungee trampolines to Archery coaching sessions. As always in Cornwall, the coast is heaven for surfers and paddleboarders, making these activities unmissable at Riviere Sands.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.
An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.
