Unfortunately, due to some unexpected operational challenges we aren't able to deliver the Santa's Festive Fun Day experience at Kent Coast this year. However, we are still running our fantastic fantastic breaks at Kent Coast throughout November and December.

All about Festive Breaks at Kent Coast
1. Find your perfect break
Join us for a 3 to 14-night festive break and look forward to themed activities for the kids, endless entertainment and festive food and drink.
Our Haven breaks are available from 28 November onwards and include your choice of self-catering caravan or lodge. You'll have access to our fabulous facilities including our incredible swimming pools, a whole host of live entertainment, delicious dishes available to buy from our restaurants and takeaways, plus lots of fun in our amusement arcade. You'll also have access to book a range of free and paid-for festive activities including a special Santa's Grotto experience (subject to availability and an additional charge).
Join us for a Christmas break between 28 November-30 December 2025, or a New Year break between 27 December 2025-5 January 2026.
2. Eat, drink and be merry
Over the entire festive period, you'll find multiple foodie options thanks to each park's main restaurant plus well-loved on-park brands like Burger King and Papa Johns (varies by park), so no more arguing over what cuisine to plump for – all bases are covered, keeping even the fussiest eaters happy. Joining us for Christmas and New Year?
Let us do the cooking for you this Christmas and pre-book a delicious Christmas Day 3-course meal* with all the trimmings for the whole family (parks with a J D Wetherspoon venue will choose from a menu provided on the day). There'll also be Boxing Day and New Year's Day options, too (fees apply).

3. Cosy Christmas accommodation
Enjoy your holiday in the lap of luxury by staying in one of our cosy caravans or spacious lodges over the festive season. Staying in a lodge is the perfect way to enjoy all your home comforts whilst adding a touch of luxury to your break by the seaside.
Our spacious lodges feature luxury furnishings, modern appliances and central heating throughout to keep you cosy in the winter. If you're planning on cooking your own family festive feast, you'll find an open plan kitchen with modern appliances, a full size fridge freezer for storing all your party food and drink in and an unrivalled space to sit back and relax with your loved ones.
Festive extras
If you're staying with us over Christmas, all our accommodation will be dressed with a 4ft pre-lit Christmas tree, lights and baubles to get you well and truly in the festive spirit. This is included in the price of your break.

Festive Day Pass Terms & Conditions – –Nov 2025
Online Purchase: Day Passes can only be purchased online at Haven.com and are not available for purchase directly at any of our parks. Day Passes are available to purchase up until midnight on the day before your visit unless they have sold out. Prices may vary by park and by date, please check online before you complete your booking. Day Passes are only available for individuals classified as Adults, Children and Infants. Please note that there is no separate category for Seniors and no concessions or discounted rates are available. Each booking is limited to a maximum of six individuals.
Online purchase - refunds and cancellations: Please note that Day Passes are non-transferable and cannot be amended, exchanged, or refunded once purchased (this includes name or date changes). Day passes hold no monetary or cash value and cannot be redeemed, resold, or credited toward any other booking or service.
We aim to provide all the services, facilities and entertainment as described on our website. Should it be necessary for us to make a major change to your booking, or, in exceptional circumstances, cancel your booking, we will try to advise you as soon as possible and provide the following options:
A replacement date at no additional cost
A replacement date with an additional cost for the difference in price between the replacement date and the original day visit booked
A full refund.
Refunds will only be issued if we are required to close the park due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred including travel, accommodation or related goods and services.
Carers Policy: A free Carer’s Day Pass is available to Carers visiting us with the person they care for. This will enable support to be provided during their time on park.
Please book online as normal but do not book a place for the Carer. On arrival at the park on the day of your visit and on production of valid proof of eligibility (Carers Card, Access Card (with +1 symbol for Carer) or Carers Allowance Letterand valid photographic identification) we will issue a complimentary Carer’s wristband
We will issue a Day Pass wristband for your Carer on arrival.
Identity Checks: We reserve the right to require Day Pass guests (adults only) to complete identity checks as part of the booking process or upon arrival at the park. These checks may be used to verify age, eligibility, or booking details, and may require guests to present valid photographic identification. Failure to comply with identity checks may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Arrival: All Day Pass guests will be issued a wristband on arrival at the park. All Day Pass guests are required to wear their wristbands for the duration of their time on park. We will refuse entry to our swimming pools and venues if a Day Pass guest is not wearing a wristband. Please speak to the Reception team if you lose or damage your wristband. We reserve the right to charge a replacement fee to provide you with a replacement wristband.
Day Pass Visitor Hours: Day Pass guests must leave the park by 11pm on the day of their visit.
Children & Infants: Whilst every care is taken, children and infants always remain the responsibility of their parents or guardian, in all facilities on Park. Any persons under 18 years must be accompanied by someone over 18 years to visit for the day or will be refused admission.
