Top 5 things to do near Kiln Park and on park
Dave Evans is the General Manager of Kiln Park near Tenby in South Wales. The popular park has a range of family-friendly facilities, and is an excellent base for exploring the wider Pembrokeshire area. So what are his top picks on the must-do activities on holiday at the Haven park?
1. Be entertained at The Marina Bar and Stage

The Marina Bar and Stage, I think is the best entertainment venue in the whole of Wales. New for 2022, it has a day and night-time programme, a mix of superb shows delivered by a truly excellent Haven Show Team. It also shows live sports daily.
It's a huge investment, and it's a cutting edge showbar. It’s bang up to the minute, there are skylights and windows so natural light floods into it. There’s an amazing stage area with state-of-the-art screens that will amplify and project the stagecraft. The seating is beautiful, and it’s a really flexible venue because you can use areas for smaller events, or for big gala nights you open the whole thing up and it’s a big venue, or create a more intimate atmosphere in the bar area.
It has great décor, funky seating with high tables, low tables, booth seating, tellys everywhere. And the shows are fantastic, we’ve always had good entertainment teams here but these are exceptional, absolutely exceptional.
2. Visit Tenby

Tenby is a beautiful jewel of Pembrokeshire, right on our doorstep. It’s a historic walled town stuffed full of great bars and restaurants, beautiful sandy beaches and a bustling harbour. A visit here is unforgettable.
3. Dine out in style

The Harbwr Lights restaurant is a full table service restaurant with great food and service in a great environment.
We will also be getting a new Burger King, which is really good for kids and really recognisable. We've also got Papa Johns which is a great way to either eat there or in their holiday homes. And a Cook's fish and chip shop. What more could you want?
4. Take your pick of the activities

There are a huge range of activities – a climbing wall, karts, bicycles, Pic’n’Paint, indoor and outdoor pools, Park Ranger activities including fire lighting and pond dipping.
5. Explore postcard-perfect Pembrokeshire

The park is a perfect base for exploring beautiful Pembrokeshire and its amazing Blue Flag beaches, majestic castles, historic, beautiful towns and villages, great food and drink, incredible walks and views on a sensational coastline.
What do you love about Kiln Park?
All of it! Our fantastic Team, holiday homeowners and guests, the hospitality and warmth of the locals. Where we are, who we are and everything we offer.
Everything on-park and off park combines to make the perfect mix for great family holidays and those memories that last a lifetime. There is no better place.
And there is history here. There are actual historic kilns. The Park has been laid out amongst Victorian Limestone quarries. You can still see the commanding Kilns and imagine when it was a place of hard physical work now succeeded by a place of real rest, recreation and relaxation.
