‘Live like an owner for a day’ voucher when you book an ownership park visit at Far Grange or Skegness

Park visit must be booked and confirmed in advance and your voucher must be presented when you visit. Voucher has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else. Only the original voucher will be accepted, no copies allowed. Voucher is only valid when a park visit is attended in-person and you've had a park tour with one of the Holiday Home Revenue Team. Only applicable to Far Grange and Skegness Haven Parks. There will be no commitment to make a holiday home purchase by using this voucher or attending a park visit.

The voucher holder is the named recipient i.e. person booking the appointment and can be accompanied by a spouse, partner or family member plus a maximum of 4 children under the age of 16. The maximum number of people per voucher is 6. Voucher entitles the holder, spouse, partner and family member to pre-book onto an owner event (if one is taking place on the day of visit), receive 15% off food, drink and shop items (some exclusions apply), gain access to entertainment venues, swimming pool and receive 50% off activities.

Activities and facilities are subject to availability. Swimming and some activities will need to be pre-booked prior to attending a park visit. Pre-booking can be done at the point of confirming park visit appointment with the applicable park.

Voucher expires at 10pm on 31st May 2024 and will not be accepted after this date.

Free 2024 site fees when you buy a Haven holiday home at selected parks

Offer is applicable to new customer purchases made through Haven from 19 April 2024, completing by 31 December 2024.

Offer excludes part-exchanges or private sales. Available on new & pre-owned holiday homes at the following selected parks only: Kent Coast, Burnham-on-Sea, Cleethorpes Beach, Craig Tara, Far Grange, Golden Sands, Haggerston Castle, Hopton, Orchards, Seton Sands, Skegness and Wild Duck.

A credit equivalent to the value of your site fees due during the 2024 season will be applied to your account balance on completion of your purchase for use against your running costs e.g. utilities, after-sale add-ons e.g storage boxes or site fees. It cannot be applied to your purchase or refunded in cash.

30-day Lifestyle Money Back Guarantee

This is available to all new customers purchasing a new or used holiday home. It’s not available to existing owners or those wishing to part exchange their holiday home. If a new owner decides that the Haven lifestyle is not what they expected, they have 30 days from the date of holiday home handover (as stated on the holiday home handover form) in which to request cancellation of the sale.

Activating this Guarantee shall mean that the new owner cannot purchase another holiday home at any Haven Park within 12-months of the cancellation date.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (in person, by post or e-mail) to the General Manager of their park. Requests received after the 30-day period will not be accepted. If delivered in person or via e-mail, the date of cancellation will be the date the request is received by the General Manager or their representative if they’re out of office. If the request is posted, it must be addressed to the General Manager, sent via the Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed postal service and owners must retain proof of postage. The cancellation date will be the first working day following date of posting and the request must be received within the 30-day cancellation period. Bourne Leisure (t/a  Haven) accepts no liability for any losses incurred by the holiday home owner where the relevant park General Manager fails to receive the written request for cancellation.

The owner will be advised when the holiday home keys must be returned to the General Manager. The holiday home must be handed back in the same condition it was purchased. All add-ons, accessories & additional extras supplied at the time of purchase must remain with the holiday home. The owner will be refunded all monies paid to the park less costs incurred for siting and connection. We reserve the right to deduct further sums from the refund payment where damage or breakages have been caused to the holiday home or park.

New owners that have a finance agreement with one of our panel of lenders, are responsible for cancelling this with them. We shall not withhold any confirmation requested by our lenders where the owner has complied with the terms of this 30-day Lifestyle Money Back Guarantee.

Brand new holiday homes from £34,995

Holiday home price is for a new 3-bedroom ABI Horizon holiday home and includes siting, connections and standard accessories.

Double the cost of your holiday back up to £4K

Holiday home price will be reduced by double the cost of your holiday package price when purchased through Haven, up to the value of £4,000.

This offer is available to Haven holiday guests that stay at a Haven Park between 10 March and 30 September 2024 and purchase a holiday home through Haven, which completes by 30 November 2024.

Customers purchasing a holiday home within selected dates will receive a further £1,000 reduction to the cost of the holiday home: 10-28 March, 12 April – 23 May, 31 May – 18 July, 30 August – 30 September 2024.

Representative example: holiday home price £24,999, holiday package price £1,200 and when doubled is £2,400. Holiday home price is reduced by £2,400 to £22,599 and with the additional £1,000 (where applicable) to £21,599.

Far Grange Relocation Offer

*This offer is available for holiday homeowners not located at a Haven park and that want to relocate their holiday home from their current holiday park to Far Grange Park, Hornsea Road Skipsea, Driffield, YO25 8SY. For the offer to apply, a holiday home must be situated within a 50-mile radius of Far Grange Park, be no more than 15 years old from the date of manufacture and if the holiday home has been purchased under a finance agreement, the holiday home owner must provide confirmation from their lender that the holiday home can be moved.

Haven will transport your holiday home only from the entrance of its current holiday park to Far Grange Park and cover transportation costs up-to a maximum value of £750; any excess must be paid by the holiday home owner. Haven does not accept any responsibility for any damage that happens to the interior of your holiday home whilst it is being transported to one of our holiday parks. We recommend your holiday home is fully packed down and ready for transportation. Transportation does not include decking. Any decking bought onto Far Grange Park must be approved by the General Manager of Far Grange Park to ensure it meets our standards. Siting and connection costs for your holiday home at Far Grange Park will be paid for by Haven. Offer excludes payment of holiday home disconnection at your current park and transportation costs from its current pitch to the entrance of its current park.

A credit equivalent to the value of your site fees due in 2024 will be applied to your account balance on completion of your relocation for use against your running costs e.g. utilities, after-sale add-ons e.g. storage boxes or site fees. It cannot be applied to your relocation or refunded in cash. Site fees for the 2025 season will be payable at the notified rate. Ongoing running costs (including but not limited to) such as rates, water, electricity and insurance are not included in the offer and will be payable by the owner.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031

Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.

‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview.  The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.

“Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.  It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.

An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.

Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.

It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, except the free 2024 site fee promotion at participating parks where applicable. Haven reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. 

In order to be eligible to participate in the offer, your holiday home must be situated within a 50-mile radius of the Haven park that you wish to relocate to. The holiday home must be no more than 15 years old from the date of manufacture and if it has been purchased under a finance agreement, the holiday homeowner must provide confirmation from their lender that the holiday home can be moved to the Haven park.
