Eight of our holiday parks feature fantastic golf and pitch & putt courses, giving you the opportunity to practise your swing whenever you visit your caravan. We cater to all players over the age of five and all skill levels, and you can bring your own clubs or rent some from us. Simply reserve a 10-minute tee-off slot, and you're ready to hit the course.

Lakeland, Lake District
Improve your golfing abilities in the scenic Lake District at this stimulating nine-hole course. Our Lakeland Holiday Park features a beautiful course in one of the UK's most distinctive regions, perfect for beginners due to its flat terrain. The serene atmosphere of the course is enhanced by breathtaking views of the surroundings across all nine holes. For younger guests who find the par 36 course a bit too challenging, we have a crazy golf course that provides fun for the entire family.
Cleethorpes Beach, Lincolnshire
At Cleethorpes Beach, there are several golfing options available, but the true standout is the nine-hole par 34 course. Located in a picturesque area of Lincolnshire, our Cleethorpes Beach course is nestled among trees and is suitable for players of all skill levels. Just a short 15-minute stroll from the main facilities on the park, you'll never be too far from a refreshing drink.
In addition to the par 33 course, we also offer a smaller pitch and putt course, allowing you to perfect your drives, chips, and finishes with a few hours on the fairways.
Hopton, Norfolk
Located in one of the most picturesque areas of Norfolk, Hopton is one of our most stunning parks, and its golf course only adds to its charm. Orchards, Essex
Orchards in Essex is a prime example of why we are a favourite for caravans for sale amongst golf enthusiasts. The park boasts a spacious and serene nine-hole course that is perfect for spending a relaxing afternoon on the green. The course is well-maintained and features a course par of 32 for its nine holes, making it suitable for all abilities. But, watch out for the tricky bunkers that can add an extra challenge to the game. The course is available all season long, giving you ample opportunity to perfect your swing and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Orchards.
Reighton Sands, Yorkshire
This stunning course features breathtaking sea views and has a par 34. For those who can't keep their mind off the scenery and on the game, golf carts are available to help track down balls from inevitable hooks and slices. A round of golf on this 140-acre, nine-hole course is the perfect way for Haven owners to unwind by the seaside. Just make sure not to let the dramatic North Sea views distract you from your game!

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.
An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.
