Pre-booking limit: One session = one person.

Pre-booking is required - please do not come to the pool without a booking. 

Each holiday booking will receive 14 individual swim sessions which can be pre-booked online before you arrive.

Owners can pre-book up to 14 individual swimming sessions online per holiday home, per week between Monday – Sunday.

Festive Day Pass guests will receive 1 swim session per person.

We offer the flexibility to book swimming whilst you are on park. Additional swim slots can be booked (subject to availability) at the pool reception or Activity Booking Point.

Please have your Play Pass or Owner Card to hand on arrival.

Your pool session will be cancelled if you are over 15 minutes late. 

There is a safety briefing included in this session.   

Swim nappies must be worn if children are not potty trained and nappies must be covered. 

Non swimmers and beginners must not go out of their depth. 

Sessions may be subject to change without prior notice and are subject to availability. 

Due to health and safety, in certain circumstances, we may need to remove the session or close flumes, slides and/or pool areas.

A 20p coin can be used to operate the lockers at the Lakeside Pool.
