You will need a Play Pass
Access to swimming pools is only available if you have a Play Pass, which is not included with a Hideaway booking. If you have booked a private stay in an owners van, you will need to purchase a Play Pass on the My Haven App or on haven.com/experience.

14 swim slots per holiday booking
Each person wanting to swim will be required to book a swim slot (including infant). Each holiday booking will receive 14 swim slots which can be pre-booked before you arrive. If we have space, you'll be able to book more spaces when on holiday.

Booking opens 4 weeks before your stay
Swimming sessions are bookable 28 days (4 weeks) before your holiday starts. You'll receive an email or app push notification when it's time to book.

Booking a swimming session on park
You are able to pre-book 14 individual swimming session per break.
