What you need to do before you arrive

   Make sure everyone has the Haven App

   All members of your party need to download the Haven Holidays app, available on iOS and Android. All adults will need to create a Haven account on the app. All children with mobile devices will be able to claim their Digital Passes but won't need either the Haven App nor a Haven account.

   Lead booker shares Digital Passes

   You will need to share Digital Passes with everyone in your party. Do this through the Haven App before you travel under the section ‘My Haven Pass'. Each person can then claim their pass on their own device. For all guests, you will be asked to show your Digital Pass when making purchases at our restaurants and shops. For Haven Holiday package guests, your Digital Pass is your key to entertainment and activities at Seashore. Use it to enter the ShowBar and check in for activities.

   Check everyone has their Digital passes

   Before you set off for the park, make sure everyone has successfully claimed their Digital Pass. Each person should be able to see their pass within the Haven App.
