Terms and Conditions
Purchase of a Play Pass gives you access to our swimming pool, activities and entertainment facilities (subject to availability). Some facilities and activities on park have an additional charge which is not included in the purchase of your Play Pass.
Play Passes can be collected from the Reception on arrival. Please keep your passes safe, if passes are lost you will need to purchase new ones. If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities.
No refund will be given if you no longer require the passes. All payments made for Play Passes are non-refundable.
