    Why you'll love Kiln Park...

Caravan holidays at Kiln Park put you at the heart of one of Britain's favourite spots for a holiday at home. Pretty Pembrokeshire is a brilliant area for a Haven break, with historic Tenby and its Blue Flag beach only round the corner from us. Holidays here are packed with fun from water slides in the indoor and outdoor pools, plus a Crazy Golf course and tennis court. Plus there's a Marina Bar and Stage venue to enjoy a range of entertainment in.

Worst holiday I've ever been on. Clearly take no pride in their establishment. Rooms were dirty with what looked like urine stains on every mattress in our booked caravan. Multiple radiators were severely rusted (tetanus risk?!). Booked as they claimed to be "neuro divergent friendly... That couldn't be further from the truth. We had this holiday mainly for free from the family fund, and I still feel like I was robbed. Again, the radiators were extremely rusted - leading to us spending half our time guiding our non verbal child away from them. The doors were extremely easy to open for a child, leading us to have a lack of sleep in fear of our daughter eloping (why claim to be neuro divergent friendly, you've failed on the basics...) Their only park for children to play in is situated next to a main road with only poor wooden fencing (that you can easily climb through as an adult, let alone a child) Again, why claim to be neuro diverse friendly. This was in the middle of summer last year, and in fairness with the tetanus risk of the radiator they did move us... into a fully carpeted caravan that was like an oven to stay in. We booked a week holiday, and left in two days. Absoloutely abysmal. DO NOT USE YOUR FAMILY FUND FOR THIS SITE, IT IS NOT SAFE FOR NEURODIVERGENT CHILDREN, NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

This was my last stop on my Wales trip. The site is fine but it lacked a Touring Warden to sort out any issues. Maybe it was because I was there in September, I don't know. If you're staying on the site, take a walk towards Kiln View to walk through the original lime kilns. They're amazing. If you want peace and quiet, go Monday to Friday. Weekends are full of kids on bikes and scooters, appearing round corners and almost crashing into you. Its a co.mon thing now, wherever you go. And if youre touring, expect the longest walk to the food outlets with no signage to Burger King! But I have to say, the staff were lovely and the food was good.

I would definitely recommend Haven Kiln Park! It was such a relaxing and refreshing break. The park and caravans were lovely and clean, and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. From the mini-market workers to the entertainment team, everyone was so friendly, welcoming and brilliant at their jobs. Everything was so smooth and stress-free, and the park had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. What I loved most was that, although you had everything right there, it was also so close to Tenby, making it really easy to get out and explore. We had such a lovely time and would definitely return! ❤️

Just had a pleasant four nights with family. The caravan was clean where you could see but we were a party of 8 so used the fold out sofa bed, guessing it's not in their routine to pull it out. Lots of debris underneath and behind one rooms door was a towel from a previous guest. Otherwise van was clean and tidy and all enjoyed their stay. Entertainment onsite was ok, nothing to rave about. Kids enjoyed bingo. Mini Mart had the essentials Pools are basic compared to a butlins or bluestone but kids enjoyed them, probably best for under 10's. All enjoyed the inflatable but 12 quid for half hour is pushing it a bit. Kids enjoyed the arcades and playpark Chippy was a decent meal and all ate in harbour lights restaurant on final night with 8 clean plates. Ordered on app and was easy, restaurant was v.busy but it wasn't a long wait for 8 meals. Park was clean and tidy and service throughout friendly Location and closeness of the beach is great. Even little ones can manage the toddle

Overall a good stay, we like to travel about and Kiln Park is a good location with easy access to a beautiful beach which you can walk along to Tenby in 20 minutes. However we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the caravan as their were dirty sticky children's finger prints on every window and door (not cleaned them then what else had they not cleaned?) crumbs on top of the fridge and sweets crushed into to chairs (some families are just chavs I guess). I would've raised this on the app if I'd have been able to but you only get 4 hours for the Cleanliness Guarantee and the whole site is an Internet black hole. One other pointer for Haven, it didn't feel safe walking down the roadside from a caravan near the entrance to the beach or shop as the footpath kept running out along the way, did enjoy walking through the kilns though, an interesting feature.
