We’ve been to this caravan park often and it’s usually fine but so disappointed on this occasion. We got downgraded from a three bed caravan to a two bed because of an issue with our original caravan which we were informed about prior to travel. We were told it was less rooms but weren’t told that overall the caravan itself would be much smaller - the living room was tiny and would hardly fit all four of us, the kitchen was basically the hallway and only a small fridge instead of a full size one. My kids are autistic and need their own room (I said this on getting the phonecall downgrading us) but I thought we could make it work. My youngest had to use the sitting room to sleep in, hang out in, he didn’t cope as well as hoped so it made it more stressful than expected. If it had been more clearly explained the overall size was small, i would’ve taken the refund. Thats before we even get to my two middle sized dogs also being in the caravan with us and feeling quite squished. The kitchen also didn’t feel as well equipped as expected either compared to other visits and the floor wasn’t very clean on arrival. We were also told we’d get a refund on the price difference due to the change - apparently that takes 28 days! I asked for confirmation via email, still waiting on that. So am really cross that we are still out of pocket, again, when the refund would happen wasn’t explained originally. In addition, we also had baby seagulls in a nest on our roof and the adults got increasingly aggressive and territorial as the days went on - i don’t expect them to move the animals but I’ve no idea why its ok to home people in there when the adults want to protect their young. So I think I am done with this caravan park after this experience.

Had a short break here and really enjoyed it. Lovely clean caravan, shop and restaurant on site, staff were very friendly and helpful which made for a lovely stay. Just a short walk to the beach which was very clean and tidy, about a mile to berwick Town which is a lovely place to have a wander around. Will definitely be staying again soon.

Really lovely caravan park, perfect location and good for walks and only a 15minute stroll into town. We stayed in the bronze caravan and it was spacious and clean. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and kitchen with oven, microwave, stove and fridge freezer. We had issues with the boiler but this was resolved very quickly by the friendly staff. Remember to bring your own towels, washing up liquid, sponges, tea towels, bin bags and toilet rolls. As these aren't provided. The site has a pub/restaurant and arcades, a little shop and reception. There is a private bar which you need a play pass to enter. The pub is nice with lots of choice, can be a bit on the expensive side but varies in price (prosecco £10 for a glass/Little bottle, £3.75 J20/juice and £6/£7pints). Good selection of activities and there is a football style pitch where the kids can play outside of the activity times. My son loved it, but it does get a bit hectic at times as lots of kids varying in ages join in and it can get out of hand as quite a few unsupervised kids. All in all, would definitely return as we all had a lovely time exploring the area, nice walks and parks, easy access to a1 where you can get to Dunbar, Edinburgh.....or the train station which is a short walk up the road. Highly recommend.

We arrived to our caravan with our dog which backs onto to golf course. We found it very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The park appears very clean. It's a short walk to the beach and coastal walks. It only took us 17 minutes to walk into the town centre.

First caravan experience and exceeded expectations. The caravan it's self was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were so well maintained. Sometimes there was mess in the arcade but unfortunately thats other guests not showing respect to the park. The entertainment was not great, borderline bad but we weren't there for that anyway. The meal deals offered on site were great value and we did eat here a few times. The walk in to the town was only around 15 minutes and flat. The town it's self was so lovely. There was also a beautiful cliff top park 5/10 minutes walk which is worth a visit. Stunning.
