This is a very average Haven holiday site, all other sites including Hopton was far better. The accomodation was ok, but the kitchen bin and cupboard smelt badly of cigarettes and needed to buy an air fresher. The freezer was missing its shelf and although reported was never replaced. Broken glass given to reception to dispose of. The shower was ok. The site is very large and we were the furthest away from all amenities but had a great view over the lagoon. I feel the opening timings of the pool are extremely disappointing. We had great service from the restaurant and our roast and a breakfast were lovely. The fish and chips were really good. The bins were totally over flowing but cleared away over the first couple of days. This clearly didnt help with the rodent problem. I was disappointed by all the over grown garden displays, usually I enjoy the well maintained areas in all the other sites I've been to. A site i probably won't return to, I'm hoping our next holiday in Rockley Park will be better.

We got a good deal on our stay so can’t complain much on the price! Can’t comment on entertainment or pools as we didn’t use it. The caravan was a good size for the 4 of us and the park itself is well kept, leading to a stone beach. There is also an arcade which was quite large compared to other caravan parks we have been to and a Nisa which is good for any bits that got forgotten. All staff members we saw were really friendly. Location is lovely, very cute little shops nearby and if you drive a bit further out there’s loads for kids to do. The only small downside for me was the cleanliness in the caravan. I noticed the drying rack on the sink had grime inside the holes where the cutlery goes, and the washing up bowl was quite old. The bins inside the cupboard and in the bathroom were not clean at all which we noticed when we removed the bin bags. Also when we got there I mopped the floor as it looked dirty and got quite a bit of dirt off the floor. The dustpan and brush and mop also all had dust and dirt inside presumably from other guests. Overall, for the price we paid my children had a good time and we found lots to do, but I likely would be more cautious about booking again in regards to how clean it was inside.

We had a truly remarkable holiday. The staff were consistently helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. The accommodation and entire site were clean, tidy, and well maintained. The entertainment and arcade facilities were excellent and kept everyone well entertained. The shops, restaurants, and bars were very reasonably priced, offering great value for money. There was a strong sense of safety, with plenty of security staff visible at all times. The beaches and swimming pools were absolutely lovely and well looked after. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience.

We are regular visitors here to Church farm as we enjoy the tranquil surroundings of this park. The staff here are always so welcoming , friendly and helpful. Thank you to the reception team who ensured our recent stay in a gorgeous lodge on the lagoon was everything we hoped it would be. We were impressed with our onsite Fish & chips from Cooks although they weren’t able to deliver even though the app says they will. Why do they close on Tuesday? Disappointed with Mash and Barrel food this visit however, not to the usual standard. What we don’t understand is why the restaurant doesn’t open in the morning to serve breakfast and coffees? Several people wanted to use it but it was closed every day until 11:30 am not ideal, especially If you have children with you as we did this time, I questioned why the outdoor pool wasn’t open, as the weather was lovely . Again not ideal as the app promotes it. It’s the little touches that can heighten the experience for all. The indoor pool does offer a good option all year. I would love to see a coffee shop on the park to use just for that reason. I’m Sure it would be well attended all year. What the park does offer is a clean open relaxed environment where people can enjoy the activities, the local culture including the beach and nature reserve. Accommodation is generally well maintained but staff are on hand should you have any concerns which is reassuring. Entertainment can be repetitive and it would be nice to see a few more daytime options. Bar prices are quite expensive so be prepared.
