If you have booked your holiday privately with an owner, you will need to purchase our Fun passes to access all the facilities. You can do this by calling the park direct on 01723 513771.
Off Peak dates:
Child (under 15): 7 nights are £13.00, 3 or 4 nights are £10.00
Child (under 15): 7 nights are £20.00, 3 or 4 nights are £15.00
Our bundles have either 12 or 24 passes; which you can redeem online against a whole range of activities before you arrive. This not only means that you secure places on all your favourite activities, but you also get to do the activities you want at a discounted price.
Activity Bundle 1 (12 passes) £36 in advance - £40 on park
Activity Bundle 2 (24 passes) £68 - £75 on park
Not yet booked? Activity Bundles can be added at the time of booking on ‘step 4 – optional extras’.
If you have already booked a holiday and wish to add on an Activity Bundle, please go to My Account. Once you have logged in, click on "view current holiday bookings", select your booking and click on "add optional extras".
How can I book activities before I arrive?
It couldn’t be easier - after you have made your booking and purchased your Activity Bundle, simply visit www.myhavenholiday.com where you can see all of the activities and times available to book.
And remember, if you decide not to buy your Activity Bundle before you go on holiday – you can still purchase and book your activities when you get to park at our normal price, subject to availability.
Some activities at Primrose Valley may require more than one pass; you can see a full list here. Activities do vary by park.
The Park lies directly on the A165 between Scarborough and Bridlington approximately 3 miles south of Filey.
If programming your SAT NAV device, please use Postcode: YO14 9RF. This will guide you directly to Primrose Valley where you will be able to follow the signs for directions to the Park.
You can also use Google Maps for a door to door route planner.
The nearest train station is in Filey, which is about 3 miles from the Park. To plan your train journey to and from Primrose Valley, please search using the official National Rail Enquiries online planner and timetable. Alternatively, call National Rail Enquiries Helpline on 0845 748 4950.
Haven has negotiated a 10% discount with National Express, Please call 0871 781 8181 for details to plan your journey by coach. Open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm. Payment can be made by credit or debit card - please allow 4 working days for tickets to arrive. Drop Off points must be checked with National Express.
