Many of our activities fill quickly, so to have peace of mind that you can enjoy the activities you want, when you want, we recommend you book in advance. Simply download the Haven What's On app, choose your activity time-slot, and pay with a debit or credit card. Activities cannot be booked on the app for Lydstep Beach or Penally Court, however they can be booked on park*.
*Activities are available for guests of Penally Court, they are located at Kiln Park and can be booked at Kiln Park's Activity Booking Point when you are on holiday.

How do I book an activity?
To book an activity, you will need to download the latest version of the Haven What's On app either via Google Play or the App Store. Here you will see a list of activities, their times, locations and prices. Prices are catered to each particular activity.
Please note: Activity Bundles are no longer available at parks that offer the option to pay via the What's On app.
How far in advance can I book my activity?
Book and pay for your activity up to 2 hours before the start of the activity.
How can I pay for my activity?
You can pay for your activity via a debit or credit card.
Pay as you go exclusions
Our pay as you go activities cannot be used on Pic 'n' Paint (excluding bookable sessions), concession-delivered activities or in shops, spas and restaurants.
Are activities transferable?
Activities are not transferable to other parks and are valid throughout the 2020 season only.
Where can I view a list of my booked activities?
