As the name suggests, it's spread along the top of steep sandstone cliffs, giving most Devon Cliffs caravans stunning sea views to spare. A sandy path slopes directly down to our very own sandy beach, so you can get in some surf and sandcastle action whenever you fancy. When you've dusted off the sand, come back and scale the treetops on our Aerial Adventure. Or jump right into our multi-level outdoor pool and onto the 4-lane slide in our vast indoor one. We've got 5 pools in total, with 2 just for owners. Back on dry land, more sedate pursuits include adventure golf and shoreline Segways.

Away from the glorious beach, we have lots to enjoy at our large holiday park at Devon Cliffs. You can escape to our owners’ gym and pool. Or try something new on our adventure golf course and climbing wall. We have first-class facilities – and entertainment – for all our owners.
Owners only facilities include Owners' Lounge and terrace; Owners' gym; spa facilities including sauna, steam room and more.

Sit back, order a drink and take it easy with family and friends in this modern and and exclusive owners' area. There's also a dedicated interactive kids' area for the little ones, or why not enjoy a bit of healthy family rivalry on the pool table.
Whether you're a gym regular or it's your first time, our experienced team will show you around all the equipment and give you an overview of how everything works. You'll find all your favourites - treadmills, cross-trainers, weights and bikes - everything you need to stay in shape. Our gym is completely free and exclusive to our owners, so you can come back time and time again.
