Fun Passes, Activity Bundles and day passes

Fun Passes

Fun Passes allow you access to our entertainment complex. With these you can use the pools, participate in the kids' activities, and use the leisure and entertainment facilities - which includes our bars, restaurants, and some sports and leisure activities. Some activities are subject to an additional cost. Fun Passes are included in the total cost of your holiday when you book directly with us, either on our website or through our contact centre, and when you book through a travel agent. But don't forget, if you are one of our promotional customers, you can add your Fun Passes on My Haven Holiday when you amend your optional extras. You will be given a Fun Pass for each guest listed on your booking. If you have booked your holiday privately with an owner, you will need to purchase a Fun Pass to access all of the facilities - the owner you are letting from can arrange this for you.

Activity Bundles
If you enjoy doing lots of activities and planning your holiday before you arrive, then our Activity Bundle is just the thing for you.
When you buy an Activity Bundle, you get a bundle of either 10 or 20 passes that you can redeem online before you get here against a whole range of activities. Remember, should you need them; you can always book and pay for any extra activities when you're on the park.

If you have already booked a holiday and wish to buy an Activity Bundle, go to www.haven.com and log into 'My Account'. Once you have logged into your account click on 'view current holiday bookings', select your booking and click on 'add optional extras'. If we still have Activity Bundles available, you can select either a 10 or 20 bundle depending on your preference. Activity Bundles must be purchased at least 48 hours before your holiday arrival date. And with our online booking system open up until midnight the day before you arrive, you can book your activities last minute, subject to availability.

After you have made your booking and purchased your Activity Bundle, simply visit www.myhavenholiday.com where you can see all of the activities and times available to book. Some activities may require more than one pass. Activities do vary by park.

Don't worry if you don't buy your Activity Bundle before you get on holiday - you can still buy your activities on park on a pay-as-you-go basis, subject to availability.

How much are Activity Bundles?

Activity Bundle 1 includes 10 passes for £50.
Activity Bundle 2 includes 20 passes for £100.

How can I book activities before I arrive?

Once you’ve booked your holiday and bought your Activity Bundle online, simply visit My Haven Holiday where you can see all of the activities and times available to book.

Day passes

Day Passes allow your friends and family, not staying on the park, to come and visit you and use all of the same facilities you can as a guest. You must be present when the Day Passes are bought for your friends and family.

You can buy Day Passes at the main reception on the day you wish to use them. Adults: £10 | Child: £5 | Children under 5: Free

Important: There are a limited number of Day Passes available each day, please enquire with reception first to avoid disappointment.
If I don't use all the passes in my bundle can they be used for my next break?
Yes, but they are only valid for the 2018 season, you will need your booking confirmation of when the Activity Bundle was purchased to reuse your bundle. Please note: Activity Bundles are non-refundable.

Park terrain:

The park is mainly flat.

Can guests bring their own BBQ:
Yes you can – we love a BBQ. But for safety, please keep barbecues away from the caravan holiday homes, and use a non-disposable barbecue.
Garden furniture:
Not available
Yes, most breeds of dogs are allowed. We welcome dogs on the external area's of our park, also on the front decking of the Mash and Barrel but please make sure the dogs are kept on a lead at all times, and don’t find their way into any facilities (with exception of guide dogs). Please clean up after your dog – we have bins all around the park especially for this. The following dogs are not accepted on our parks: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa.

Up to £60 extra for a maximum of 2 dogs for up to a week’s stay. Haven’s dog friendly caravan parks offer options to reserve either Standard, Deluxe and Prestige dog friendly caravans, if you would like to bring your dog with you. A maximum of 2 dogs are accepted and we reserve the right to refuse certain breeds. Dogs are not permitted at Riviere Sands, Burnham-on-Sea or Lydstep Beach. The following dogs are not accepted on our parks: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa.

Fishing (nearest to park):
Not available on park, nearest fishing is Stanley Park - around 5km from the park. It has coarse fishing with Perch, Bream and Tench. An N.R.A.L licence is required from the Post Office (subject to charge).
Golf (nearest to park):
The nearest is Stanley Park, less than a mile from the park; please ask reception for details.
Horse riding (nearest to park):
Midgeland Riding School is just 4km from our park, we recommend to book in advance (subject to charge).

How to get here

By car
To find Marton Mere, take Junction 4 off the M55. Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout onto the A583 towards Blackpool. Turn right at the Toby Carvery (previously Clifton Arms) traffic lights onto Mythop Road. The holiday village is 150 yards on the left.

If programming your SAT NAV device, please use postcode: FY4 4XN. This will guide you directly to Marton Mere where you will be able to follow the signs for directions to the park. You can also use Google maps for a door to door route planner.
By train
The nearest train station is in North Blackpool about 3 miles from Marton Mere, and there is a bus service that runs to the park. To plan your train journey to and from Marton Mere, please search using the official National Rail Enquiries online planner and timetable. Alternatively, call National Rail Enquiries helpline on 0845 748 4950.
By coach
Please call 0871 781 8181 for details to plan your journey by coach. Open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm. Payment can be made by credit or debit card - please allow 4 working days for tickets to arrive. Drop off points must be checked with National Express.

All the areas at Marton Mere have flat sections and are suitable for wheelchair users. Requests can be made prior to arrival in regards to preference of location on park, although this is not guaranteed.
