Site fees for 2017 are now included in the package price of all our new and pre-owned holiday homes.
This means you can spread the cost within any monthly finance payments, making ownership more affordable.
At Haven, we like to make sure our new owners know about all the added running costs right from the start. That way, you won’t be surprised further down the line. You’ll know exactly where you’ll stand from the beginning of your buying journey to the moment you get your keys.
As with any home there are running costs. These include annual site fees, local rates, gas, electricity and insurance. Naturally these change from year to year but to give you an idea, this is what your costs could look like:
Your site fees cover all your exclusive owners' perks and events, as well as the right to site your holiday home on one of our parks. At Greenacres, site fees start at around £4,437 a year and can go up to £7,051.
Greenacres has a social events calendar, tailor-made for our owners (some of the owners even like to help shape the calendars themselves and we’re always up for hearing your suggestions for social gatherings). Bring the whole family along to our Big Weekends and themed Party Nights. Not to mention our blowout parties that happen three times a year (Welcome Back Party, Summer Party, Farewell Party).
On top of these big days, your site fees cover more regular events like the ever-favoured wine tasting club (there’s a juice tasting club that runs alongside it too). And the best bit? Your Privilege Card gives you 15% off everything you buy on park, plus 50% off sports and leisure activities. Each season you’ll receive 10 of these cards to share with your friends and family when they come to stay. They act as debit cards - so you don’t need to carry any cash when you’re enjoying a night out in the Owners’ Lounge.
Other things are included in your site fees, such as grass cutting and the general upkeep of the park. If you want more personalised services, such as cleaning and repairs to your own holiday home, you will need to pay a bit extra. We also offer a free five-year warranty on all new holiday homes and a free two-year warranty on pre-owned static caravans.
