Welsh Government Fire-break announcement
Following the announcement by the Welsh Government that it will introduce a two week fire-break across the whole of Wales from Friday 23 October, our Welsh parks will be closed to both holidaymakers and owners from Friday 23 October up to and including Sunday 8 November.
We apologise to any guests who may be affected by the introduction of the fire-break in Wales and we appreciate your co-operation and support while we work through these changes.

- Penally Court
- Quay West
Please do not travel to any of our Welsh parks as per the guidelines laid out by the Welsh Government, which can be viewed here.
Because you are affected by this closure, you will be offered the following options to choose from:
- Take a credit towards a 2021 holiday
- Request a full refund according to Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee Terms and Conditions
All guests will be contacted by Haven directly.
Please be aware that all Haven breaks in 2020 and 2021 are covered by Haven's Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee.We are in the process of contacting guests who are due to arrive on our Welsh parks over the next few weeks providing them with an opportunity to choose their option.

If your break is affected by the new law or guidance then you are able to cancel or move your holiday as your break is protected by Haven’s Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee.

*Money kept within your holiday account - must be used within 12 months and can be applied to a 2021 booking.
^Moving to another Haven park - if you select a lower priced break we will refund the difference. If you select a higher priced break, you will need to pay the outstanding balance.
