As all our Parks are located in some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain, green issues are right on our doorstep. We take concerns about the environment seriously. Many important measures we already have in place are taking Haven towards a more sustainable future and a lower carbon footprint.

In these uncertain times, our Holiday Protection Plan enables you to book your holiday with total peace of mind, leaving you free to relax and look forward to your holiday. Having the option of booking your holiday without the worry of being ill or losing your job is priceless and our Holiday Protection Plan covers your cancellation in the event that any members of your party are unable to travel due to:

Proof in the form of a Doctor's Certificate, Employer’s or Court Notification will be required in writing by recorded delivery prior to your confirmed holiday start date. Being covered by our Holiday Protection Cancellation Plan and falling within the categories above, you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid subject to an administration charge of £25. If your cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your holiday start date, the refund will be limited to 30% of the total holiday cost. This plan is great value at:

Did you know that even though you are holidaying within the UK, you may still face unforeseen expenses if you are injured or fall ill on holiday! For example, the NHS will not pay for additional board and travel expenses and they might even charge you for the use of the ambulance if they have to return you home. Therefore, to help you avoid any unforeseen costs, Haven Holidays strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect you and your party. Haven Holidays has arranged a policy with Towergate Chapman Stevens (a trading name of the Towergate Underwriting Group Limited) which is underwritten by AXA Insurance (UK) plc who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. This also includes our emergency home assistance service for your home while you are away, giving you total peace of mind.
