Pitch description:
Flat, concrete touring area with hard-standing base, awning and car parking space on all pitches.
Size of Touring Field:
Small Area - 43 pitches
Electrical Connection:
Premier pitches offer a 16 amp connection. Our electric hook ups are designed to accept splash proof UK campsite safety plugs and not the 3 pin household version, please bring your own we do not provide these.
Pup Tent:
Pup tents are not accepted.

Grass awning space available next to all pitches.

Car parking space available next to all pitches.
Shower Facilities:
Heated shower block with 9 WC’s, 8 showers, 2 WC’s and showers for disabled guests, shaving points, baby changing and hairdryers. Family room with bath, WC and baby changing.

Flat areas of the Park:
The Park has a hilly terrain, with few flat areas. Not ideal for wheelchair users or the infirm
Will there be an iron available in my accommodation:
Irons are not provided but can be hired
Can guests bring their own BBQ:
Yes - away from gas supply and off decking
Garden Furniture:
Not available
Dogs:
Dogs allowed (not allowed on beach area between May - September) However there are sections of a neighbouring beach that accepts dogs all year round. We also have friendly cliff walks and designated dog walk areas on park.
Direct Beach Access:
Yes, but due to the gradient this access is not ideal for wheelchair users or the infirm. There is however a local beach in the Exmouth Town suitable for wheelchair users.

Budleigh Salterton Riding School is situated on Dalditch Lane which is within easy reach from the park. They offer hacking and lessons from beginners to experienced. They are open all year for more information contact them on 01395 442035
