Camping for as little as £5 per night

Already this year touring holidays are showing an increase of more than 5% compared to the same time last year and Haven have opened up touring pitches on an additional park to cope with the extra demand.

It might be a real ‘close to nature’ holiday but taking a break on a Haven park still gives you plenty of scope in terms of entertaining the family. Stay in your own tent ....and  enjoy everything that Haven have to offer by way of heated indoor and outdoor pools, sports and activities, play areas, kid’s clubs, daytime shows and evening entertainment.

And there are excellent facilities for tourers with heated shower blocks, dishwashing areas, laundrettes and pitches that have electricity, water and drainage.

The Orchards, near Clacton on Sea in Essex has direct beach access, a freshwater fishing lake and its own nine-hole golf course. Touring pitches are new for this year and include reinforced grass pitches and hook up to mains electricity. Prices start at just £5 per night for a Spring break – and include access to many of the extensive facilities of the park and a full programme of daytime and evening entertainment.

At Littlesea, near Weymouth in Dorset, holidaymakers in tents and caravans are treated to stunning views over Chesil Bank and lovely walks alongside Fleet Lagoon – and the touring facilities have been improved yet again with new reinforced grass pitches, launderette facilities and a play area on the touring field. Prices at Littlesea start at just £9 per night for a family of four.

Camp amongst the dunes at Perran Sands on the North coast of Cornwall. The park has direct access to miles of sands and fantastic surfing. Take a break within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park at Kiln Park, Tenby or head for Reighton Sands, in North Yorkshire which overlooks Filey Bay on Yorkshire’s ‘Jurassic Coast’. Touring pitches at Reighton Sands are available from as little as £6 per night for a family of four in April.
