Professional coaching sessions are available during the peak season for everyone from 5 years upwards. Outside these sessions the courts are free of charge, for family games. A brilliant way for the whole family to exercise together.

These free mid-morning sessions are part of the Kids Alive programme to encourage healthy lifestyles, and they’re a lot fun for all the family. The routines include a variety of easy, low impact activities like Space Hoppers and Frisbee Fun, together with more stretching sessions of Agility Fun and Mini Trampolines. Just come along and come alive!

One of the oldest sports in the world. Fencing, the art of combat involving special swords called foils. Amazingly good for fitness, speed, concentration and co-ordination, this is now available all season. Coaching includes full equipment, for everyone from 8 years upwards.
