      The Park lies directly on the A165 between Scarborough and Filey. The Park is situated approximately 2 miles North of Filey.

      If programming your SAT NAV device, please use Postcode: YO14 9PU. This will guide you directly to Blue Dolphin where you will be able to follow the signs for directions to the Park. You can also use Google Maps* for a door to door route planner.

      Haven has negotiated a 10% discount with National Express, Please call 0871 781 8181 for details to plan your journey by coach. Open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm. Payment can be made by credit or debit card - please allow 4 working days for tickets to arrive. Drop Off points must be checked with National Express.

      The nearest train and bus station is located in Filey, which is about 2 miles from the Park.       To ensure your accommodation, and Park, meets your specific requirements please contact one of our Special Needs Advisors at our Call Centre on: 0871 230 1926 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).

      The Special Needs team will be happy to assist you in your choice of Holiday Park and adapted Caravan.

        Our Special Needs Advisors will be happy to advise you on special needs features, for example:

        • Suitability of grade and manufacturer
        • Access in the bedroom
        • Access to the toilet/shower facilities
        • Access to venues on the Park
        • Park layout, such as terrain, car parking etc.
        • Supplying a local tourist board telephone number for disabled access in the local area

        Adapted homes

        Adapted Holiday Homes

        Two bedroom Specially Adapted Caravans for disabled guests are available and suitable for wheelchair users with assistance. Depending on manufacturer, and availability, we offer double or single bed options in the main bedroom. Unfortunately 3 bedroom Adapted Caravans are not available.

        For maximum occupancy there is a convertible bed in the lounge, however this is not recommended for use by our disabled customers.

        On arrival

        On arrival you will be given your keys and welcome pack containing park map and an entertainment guide. Our reception staff will be able to assist with a local tourist board telephone number for disability access in the local area.

        Entertainment venue

        Our venues include disabled access to the facilities and where it remains difficult we will endeavour to undertake all that is reasonable to increase accessibility in a safe and secure environment. Our venues also include disabled toilet facilities, their location can be found on the Park Map. Our security are on hand to assist in any way possible.
