Haven Holiday Protection is automatically included in the price of your holiday (normally costing you £24 per week and £16 per short break for self-catering holidays and has no transferable value). Haven Holiday Protection allows cancellation in the event that any members of your party are unable to travel due to redundancy, sickness, jury service or death.
Low deposit and Easy Payments: You can pay an initial deposit from £30 at the time of booking and payments will then come out of your account automatically each month, on the date you select at the time of booking, saving you time, hassle and giving you longer to pay. The final balance will be collected automatically within 10 weeks of your arrival. The alternative to easy payments is to pay an initial deposit of £60 at the time of booking. A further payment will then be due at the end of February of £30 for spring, May, June, early July and autumn arrivals, or £60 for school and bank holiday dates. The balance will then be due 10 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Accommodation Guarantee: If, for whatever reason, on the day of arrival of your holiday you are not satisfied with the standard of your Holiday Home accommodation in terms of cleanliness, condition or maintenance and we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, then you have the option to inform us and to leave the park that day. In this case you will be given a full refund of the price of your holiday without quibble.
