An eco-friendly break that combines all the feel-good factor of a back-to-nature experience with all the comforts of a Haven Holiday home.

Go Green with Haven and The Wildlife Trust. Haven’s Big Green weekend on Fri 8 to Mon 11 June will celebrate Wildlife week with lots of fun green events including wildlife walks, green fancy dress, face painting, beach clean ups and much more.

Join Bradley and the FunStars on this outdoor activity and take a whole new look at the wildlife around you. With cool zoom in-out binoculars, magnifying glasses and optical bug jars, you can really get up close and check out what’s what! Kids get a fre Wildlife detective trail workbook to help them look and learn.

The weekend highlights

Hire bikes (available on selected Parks) for a cycle ride, or pack your walking boots and follow some of the many designated walking trails from Haven Parks – including the South West Coast path, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and the Cleveland Way. There’s fishing, horse-riding, golf or surfing.

The proposed activities for the Big Green Weekend include lots of fun green events including wildlife walks, green fancy dress, face painting, beach clean ups and much more. The programme and facilities vary from Park to Park – so check the website for details.
