See our standard booking patterns

Our standard booking patterns are:

  • Arrive on a Monday for 4, 7 and 14 night breaks
  • Arrive on a Friday for 3, 7, 10 and 14 night breaks
  • Arrive on a Saturday for 7 and 14 night breaks
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday are non-arrival days

Our holiday season runs between March and November and therefore we cannot take bookings for holidays which fall outside of these dates.

Prepaid Activity Passes

Want to make sure you get to try all our most popular activities at the best value prices?

Then you’ll want to get your hands on some of our Prepaid Activity Passes. These are prepaid activity passports which you get stamped each time you participate in one of our chargeable activities - instead of paying cash every time. And don't forget to buy your Prepaid Activity Passes before your holiday starts to recieve your discount.

Each of our Prepaid Activity Passes comes with 6 available stamp spaces and for most of our activities your Activity Pass will get stamped once per person who takes part. However, please be aware that some activities may require more stamps per person.

For example, roller blading may only require a couple of stamps for a family of 4, whilst ones person's 3 day fishing permit may take up 2 stamps. Please also be aware that the exact number of stamps required will vary by park, and that the majority of activities for which you'll be paying are for over 8's only.

How many Activity Passes will you need?

It depends on how big your family is and how many activities you plan on taking part in. One Pass may suit you for a short break or you might want a couple for a week long holiday. Remember, should you need them, you can always purchase more Activity Passes once you arrive.

Splash activities

There really are so many water fun activities to enjoy. More fun, more water skills and more healthy exercise all the family can enjoy; even if it's only by offering encouragement from the poolside!

  • AquaJets - Participants must be able to swim 25m unaided and be 8yrs+.
  • Water Walkerz - Participants must be aged 5 and over. Maximum weight limit of 16 stone/102kg.
  • Aqua Gliders - Suitable for 5-7yrs wearing a life vest, and suitable for 8yrs+ who can swim 25m unaided.
  • Turbo Paddlers - Suitable for 4-8yrs wearing a life vest.
  • Learn2Swim - Suitable for 4yrs+

Entertainment Pass

Entertainment pass

These passes are included in the price of your holiday with us and you’ll be issued with one per person in your booking. These allow you free use of our pools, playgrounds, all kids’ clubs and sports courts (not including equipment hire) and they give you entry to everything in our main complexes; these contain our restaurants and amusements as well as our ShowBars and Live Lounges with all the live entertainment they provide. Some activities we offer will cost extra and can be paid for in cash or with our prepaid activity vouchers.

Please note:

Not all activities will be available at all parks. Prepaid Activity Passes are subject to availability. The majority of activities are more suitable for children aged 8 years and upwards and adults. Activities on offer are subject to change and are weather dependent. In the event of bad weather an alternative will be offered. There is only a limited amount of passes at a reduced cost per park. Prepaid Activity Passes must be booked at the time of booking or at least 3 working days prior to arrival. The Prepaid Activity Passes contains a certain number of passes which would then be exchanged for the activity of your choice when on holiday. The majority of activities will only require one pass per person per activity. The actual activities you wish to take part in must be booked at the park on arrival. You can also add an activity pass to an existing booking, provided it is at least 3 working days prior to your arrival. To do this, log into your account and select your booking from the Holiday Bookings section. Then click on the "Add Optional Extras" button.
