Seabird squawks, warm sunshine, shells of all shapes and sizes, refreshingly cool seawater, the frothy tide rolling up the wet sand and the salty taste of sea spray...It's no wonder that just being beside the sea makes us feel happier and healthier. Most of our parks are right beside the sea. Because we reckon that memories made on beaches - building sandcastles, crabbing in rock pools and skimming stones between waves - last a lifetime.
